Your Impact

As a Senior Accountant at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team of a fast growing B2B SaaS company. You will be involved in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of ourfinancial statements, managing the full-cycle accounting for international affiliates, and drivingkey process improvement initiatives to scale the finance function efficiently.

What you will do:

  • Financial Reporting & Closing:
  • Provide critical support to the team during the month-end, quarter-end, and year end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and financial data is accurate.
  • Prepare and review complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and supportingdocumentation for critical balance sheet accounts (e.g., accruals, fixed assets,intercompany).
  • Perform A-Z accounting for non-BE entities, including general ledger maintenanceand executing vendor payments.
  • Execute detailed flux analysis (period-over-period and budget-to-actual) and investigatevariances to provide meaningful insight to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)team and management.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance:
  • Identify opportunities and collaborate with the team to implement processimprovements within the accounting and reporting function to increase efficiency,scalability, and accuracy, particularly related to the use of Oracle Netsuite.
  • Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of strong internal controlsand accounting policies to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Support the automation of routine accounting tasks

    • What you will Bring:

  • 2 - 4 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably with a focus on financialreporting, general ledger management, and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (BEGAAP, IFRS) and experience with afull-cycle close process in an international environment.
  • If you are familiar with working with Oracle Netsuite, that’s very cool, but don’t be afraid to apply if you don’t—you will learn fast.
  • You have a critical mind and we like it when team members can figure things out andcome up with solutions to streamline operations.
  • Use advanced Excel functions for in-depth financial analysis and data manipulation.
  • Highly analytical and solution-oriented professional who can operate independently and drive change.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data intoactionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Candidates should thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment, demonstrate high motivation, independence, and teamwork, and becommitted to achieving common goals within the organization.
