  • Serve as a technical expert for Privilege Access products.
  • Be the trusted advisor to ensure deployment success and issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in similar Customer Success/Sales Eng roles.
  • Knowledge of apps/infrastructure used in large orgs with PAM.
  • Experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust) is a plus.
  • Experience leading large, cross-silo tech projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; explain complex ops to tech teams.
  • Able to document current/proposed operational procedures clearly.
