- Be the client advocate and product expert for assigned customers

π― Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in a similar Customer Success/Support role
- Knowledgeable in Privilege Access Management and cybersecurity
- Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc. is a plus
- Comfortable interfacing with complex multi-divisional clients (director level)
