  • Be the client advocate and product expert for assigned customers
  • Develop scalable methods for communicating best practices to customers
  • Identify at-risk accounts and escalate as needed
  • Deliver remote services including installation, onboarding, and training
  • Monitor customer health and share results with regional teams
  • Drive renewals and expansions with sales and renewals teams

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in a similar Customer Success/Support role
  • Knowledgeable in Privilege Access Management and cybersecurity
  • Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, etc. is a plus
  • Comfortable interfacing with complex multi-divisional clients (director level)
