Key Account Director | US at Degreed
Degreed is seeking a results-driven Key Account Director to lead strategic relationships with our largest accounts in the United States. This remote role requires a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, strong executive communication, and the ability to drive renewals and expansions across multi-year contracts.
Role overview
As a Key Account Director, you will own end-to-end management of key enterprise accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop account plans to maximize value and ARR growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key US customers.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product) to deliver value.
- Identify expansion opportunities, forecast revenue, and close multi-year deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to maximize adoption and value.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales, Key Account Management, or equivalent with a proven ARR growth record.
- Experience selling to C-suite executives at large organizations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed; comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of Degreed's domain or learning platforms is a plus.
