Alliances and Channels Manager | France at Degreed

Degreed is seeking an experienced Alliances and Channels Manager to lead partner development in France. This remote role is ideal for someone who can build and manage a high-performing channel program across Europe.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and manage French and European channel partners
Develop and execute the France channel strategy to drive partnerships and revenue
Onboard and enable partners, co-sell with Degreed sales, and drive joint GTM initiatives
Negotiate partner agreements, track KPIs, and manage quarterly business reviews
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to maximize partner impact

Requirements

5+ years in alliances or channel management within B2B SaaS
Strong network in the French market and Europe
Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work remotely
