📋 Description

  • Act as strategic advisor to prospects, aligning business goals with technical needs in pre-sales.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Executives to guide complex sales cycles and translate tech insights into business outcomes.
  • Develop and present tailored product demos and prototypes for SaaS and iPaaS integrations.
  • Simplify complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical evaluations—PoCs, RFPs, and workshops—for API and enterprise engagements.
  • Develop, manage, and deliver enablement tools, training resources, and dashboards for Sales and Customer teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, or SaaS account management.
  • Significant sales/pre-sales or customer support in a fast-paced SaaS org.
  • Hands-on experience with customer evaluations and deployments.
  • REST APIs and SSO (Azure/OpenID).
  • Experience leading complex technical projects with many stakeholders.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and apply emerging technologies.
