📋 Description

  • Execute Americas regional channel strategy to drive partner revenue.
  • Recruit and onboard high-impact partners across the Americas.
  • Drive co-selling with partners to accelerate revenue.
  • GTM planning: develop joint business plans with net-new opportunities and co-marketing.
  • Internal alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for partner revenue.
  • Enablement and training to position DeepL’s AI portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales or Partnerships with resellers, distributors, SIs (SaaS/AI).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets via partner ecosystems.
  • Deep knowledge of the Americas partner landscape, VARs, distributors, cloud marketplaces.
  • Technical literacy in AI/ML or translation/localization market.
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish a strong plus.
  • Agility to thrive in fast-growth, self-directed environment.
