  • Own Deepgram's marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment).
  • Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies for GTM efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, CS, and Finance for pipeline insights.
  • Advise Marketing on campaign planning, process optimization, and best practices.
  • Lead strategic projects: ABM infrastructure, email governance, attribution.
  • Collaborate to connect PLG/SLG funnel data and drive automation improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Ops
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and campaign automation tools
  • Proven PLG and SLG funnel management, including lead scoring, lifecycle tracking, attribution
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards to measure ROI
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, CS, Product, and Finance
  • Excellent project management skills with bias for action
