- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Ops
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and campaign automation tools
- Proven PLG and SLG funnel management, including lead scoring, lifecycle tracking, attribution
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards to measure ROI
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, CS, Product, and Finance
- Excellent project management skills with bias for action
