Deep Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead experiments to develop DL architectures for CV in agricultural settings
• Own model optimization and deployment pipelines for field use
• Drive end-to-end ML workflows from data strategy to production
• Define best practices for experimentation, docs, and model evaluation
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to scope and deliver features
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years designing and implementing novel deep learning architectures for production computer vision
• Deep understanding of foundational DL math and first-principles architecture decisions
• Hands-on experience with sensor integration and web services in robotics systems
• Experience with PyTorch and proficiency in C++ for performance-critical development
• Proven ML projects from inception to deployment at scale, incl. data strategy and pipelines
• Strong expertise in modern object detection techniques (vision transformers, anchor-free detectors)
