- Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across multiple channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline-generation targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
