📋 Description

  • Develop and own Deel’s customer insights and competitive intelligence programs; ensure insights are actionable.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research on customer needs, behaviors, and decision drivers.
  • Own competitive research for product lines, including positioning, pricing, and GTM.
  • Build automations to collect, analyze, and distribute insights; streamline workflows.
  • Create sales and marketing collateral and enablement assets grounded in insights.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to inform strategy and measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Marketing, Customer Insights, Market Research, or Competitive Intelligence in B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to conduct high-quality qualitative and quantitative research; data-driven.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable insight systems and automations.
  • Experience creating enablement assets and training for Sales/Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for executive and frontline audiences.
  • Strong project management; manage multiple streams in fast-paced, high-growth env.
  • Experience using competitive intelligence platforms (e.g., Klue).
  • Collaborates effectively with Product, Sales, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps.
