📋 Description

  • Provide practical people relations support to managers and team members on ER issues.
  • Manage terminations for all work types with documentation and approvals.
  • Assist with offboarding processes, workflows and required steps.
  • Support investigations ensuring policy adherence and legal/regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with Legal, People Ops, Payroll, and HRBP to deliver compliant resolutions.
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in employee relations with investigations and terminations.
  • Knowledge of employment law principles and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive investigations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and HRIS/case management tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally; remote/global work.
