📋 Description

  • Provide practical employee relations support to managers and staff, per laws.
  • Manage day-to-day ER issues, including conflicts and performance concerns.
  • Support terminations for all work types, with docs, workflows and approvals.
  • Assist with offboarding: workflows, documentation, timely completions.
  • Investigate issues to ensure compliant resolution per policy and law.
  • Analyze ER data to identify trends and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in employee relations with investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices; apply guidance with supervision.
  • Strong ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify policy violations.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation, and time management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; build relationships at all levels.
  • Willing to travel internationally; comfortable in remote, global environment.
