📋 Description

  • Provide practical people relations support to managers and staff
  • Manage terminations: documentation, workflows and approvals
  • Assist with offboarding: workflows and documentation
  • Investigate team member issues per policy and laws; manage resolution
  • Liaise with Legal, Payroll, People Ops, HR Partners to deliver compliant resolutions
  • Analyze ER data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in employee relations with investigations and terminations
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
