📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation and data migration for clients.
• Manage onboarding, kickoff meetings, and project plans for client rollout.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; manage scope and schedule.
• Define payroll processes, data requirements, and client calendars.
• Configure interfaces, reports, and system settings for live payroll.
• Lead go-live, documentation, and status reporting; escalate risks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in global payroll implementation and operations.
• Strong payroll processes and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management; multi-project delivery.
• Data migration experience and data security.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
