📋 Description

  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Client Account Executives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years leading Account Executive teams in a B2B sales environment.
  • Experience with consultative selling and coaching teams through complex cycles.
  • Data-driven leader with metrics, forecasting, and insights.
  • Experience across LATAM, ideally managing multi-country or regional customers.
  • Strong ability to build scalable sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
