The Role
Deel IT is redefining the way organizations oversee remote and hybrid workplaces. This is an opportunity to be part of a pioneering tech startup offering SaaS solutions for the deployment and lifecycle management of Office and IT equipment globally. We are scaling up our IT offering to provide customers with dedicated, round-the-clock support year-round, from MDM to device pre-configuration.
Requirements
- Be part of a team of subject matter experts to achieve Deel IT’s services growth objectives.
- Provide technical implementation and pre/post sales support services to Deel IT customers.
- Build, develop, and enhance Deel IT device management services for sale to a global customer base as well as our IT services offering.
- Lead technical support for our Sales team, key stakeholders and customer base.
- You will be managing, deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices at Deel.

What you need to succeed
This role will suit someone with a keen interest and expertise in multiple areas in IT and is looking for a place to combine their experience in one role. You will be a great fit if you have:
- Significant exposure working with and managing a Mac & Windows estate.
- Strong previous experience working with a mobile device management platform (MDM) for managing a mixed device estate, such as - Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud.
- Experience with application packaging and deployment for both Mac & Windows.
- Great working knowledge of IT security.
- Experience automating device actions using Python, Bash/Zsh & PowerShell.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a team focused on IT experience in providing technical services to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users. Pre/Post sales support would be a bonus.
