- Experience building and scaling platform, SaaS, or API-driven products.
- Ability to lead global, matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority.
- Strong product intuition and customer empathy; translate insights into strategy.
- Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making in fast-moving environments.
