Country Finance Manager | South Korea

📋 Description

• Oversee all financial activities in SK, incl. accounting, tax, reporting.
• Prepare and manage ledger entries, payroll, tax benefits, and regulatory reports.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts, intercompany banking, customers, vendors, accruals.
• Monitor day-to-day transactions, keep up-to-date books, and prepare reports.
• Ensure timely submissions to tax authorities (VAT, CIT, Social Security, etc.).
• Ensure payroll accuracy; oversee payroll software selection and integration.

🎯 Requirements

• ACCA/CPA or local equivalent mandatory.
• 5+ years as an accountant in high-tech firms.
• Payroll ERP systems, NetSuite experience preferred.
• Global finance experience with diverse regulations.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• English and local language communication required.
