🎯 Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders and external clients
- Experience delivering client-facing solutions, whether in implementation, consulting, or embedded technical roles
- 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer, ideally in SaaS or B2B platforms
- Fluency in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, with deep understanding of software engineering best practices
- Strong SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL — including query optimization, migrations, and modeling
- Hands-on API development experience, validation, and performance tuning
