Role Overview
Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. Deel supports workers in 150+ countries and helps companies scale globally. This role focuses on APAC global mobility sales.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through full sales-cycle ownership.
- Maintain knowledge on Deel’s immigration offering and wider industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to tailor immigration solutions.
- Collaborate with AEs and SDRs to deliver a cohesive client experience.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information and pipeline in CRM.
Requirements
- Based in APAC
- 2+ years closing sales experience
- Mandarin language skills preferred for customer coverage
- Experience with process/playbook selling (i.e. MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric or similar)
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
- Prior experience in Immigration, Legal preferred (not mandatory)
