📋 Description

  • Communicate with clients to understand needs and explain value
  • Manage full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell with cross-department resources
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment
  • Proactively share product development, client engagement and competitive intel with the team
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, forecasts

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in sales, mid-market expansion
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders in mid-market
  • Consultative approach to understand client needs and propose solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with clients
  • CRM systems and data analysis to track account performance and identify growth
  • Native or fluent in English and French
