Deductions Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Research, analyze, document, and resolve deduction claims.
• Communicate with clients and internal sales to resolve inquiries.
• Gather claim documentation, investigate, and validate deductions.
• Maintain data to follow up and track deductions in systems.
• Provide timely, accurate, professional customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior CPG deductions experience (required).
• Experience with trade management systems (Vividly, BluePlanner).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems with urgency.
