  • Support resellers, partners, customers, and internal teams via phone, chat, email.
  • Serve as product and troubleshooting SME for device errors, network, portal config, and software.
  • Focus on Integrations/SDK/Reporting/EI/CR/ETC.
  • Provide real-time coaching and mentorship to L1-L2 teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues (connectivity, installation, etc).
  • Provide product/service training to resellers and customers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years in customer service/support; troubleshoot tech issues.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication.
  • Fluency in an additional European language valued.
  • Post-secondary degree in Engineering/CS or related field valued.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript; Google BigQuery; Excel pivots.
  • Strong problem solving; highly organized; team player.
