What’s the role?

As a member of our Accounting Analyst team, you would have the following responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable and queue them up for payment

• Match the AP transaction processed to the ledger

• Problem solve with a technology-first mindset

• Proactively identify opportunities for automation

• Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines are met

Qualifications:

• A​​t least 1 year of work experience in QuickBooks Online

• At least 1 year of work experience in accounts payable.

• Experience with multiple clients

• Ability to communicate with accounting managers and team members clearly and effectively

• Strong analytical skills

• Experience with AP cloud accounting tools like Bill.com, Dext, Routable, Hubdoc, Settle, Expensify, etc. 

• Your Google-it problem-solving skills are top notch.

• You love working with the latest technology.

• You hate the statement: “This is the way we’ve always done it.”

What you need to know:

• Shift: 3am-12am (PH Time) - Tuesday-Saturday

• Government benefits thru PSG Global Solutions as an employer.

• Php 20,000 - 30,000

• Fully remote, equipment will be provided
