🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1+ years factory/production experience or machining certification
- 2+ years deburr experience using manual and automated equipment
- Experience in a machine shop
- Basic blueprint reading
- CNC machining and measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, profilometers, borescopes)
