Deburr Technician

📋 Description

• Interpret drawings to maintain part specs.
• Smooth and finish machined components after machining.
• Polish surface finishes without altering precise tolerances.
• Operate mass finishing barrel tumbler with recipes.
• Meet productivity expectations and production goals.
• Maintain a tidy and efficient work environment.
• Ensure a steady flow of parts and notify management of production hindrances.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Hand tapping and installing inserts.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in a production environment or factory.
• 2+ years deburring with manual and automated equipment.
• Experience in a machine shop.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, profilometers, borescopes.
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends to support critical mission milestones.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
