Role Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and grow our enterprise customer base from Charlotte, NC. This on-site role leads the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, partnering with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify enterprise and mid-market opportunities in target markets.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close, including executive engagement.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and tailored presentations to C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of DebtBook offerings and industry trends to drive strategic selling.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of quota attainment.
  • Proven ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles and complex negotiations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, debt management, or accounting software is a plus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC for on-site work.
