📋 Description

• Designs and maintains systems for positive culture on campus.
• Collaborates with school leaders, staff, scholars and parents.
• Lead PBIS program implementation and MTSS coordination.
• Analyze behavior data and present findings to staff.
• Oversee student leadership and SEL initiatives.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with faculty.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in education or direct support of youth.
• 2+ years working with underserved communities.
• Experience with restorative justice.
• Knowledge of MTSS and PBIS (highly preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish (highly preferred).
