- 2+ yrs in account mgmt or sales; auto lending/finance preferred; degree preferred.
- Track record of growth; at least 2 years in most recent role.
- Hands-on auto finance/dealership mgmt; special finance valued.
- Willing to work six days/week with daily in-person visits.
- Strong communication, negotiation; build relationships and drive results.
- CRM tools familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot).
