- Track record of growth; at least 2 years in most recent role.
- Hands-on auto finance/dealership management experience; special finance valued.
- Willing to work a six-day week with daily in-person dealership visits.
- Strong communications and negotiation; proven relationship builder.
- CRM familiarity (Salesforce or HubSpot); analytical and proactive.
