  • Hands-on auto finance/dealership management experience; special finance valued.
  • Willing to work a six-day week with daily in-person dealership visits.
  • Strong communications and negotiation; proven relationship builder.
  • CRM familiarity (Salesforce or HubSpot); analytical and proactive.
