📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in dealership ops, sales, F&I, BDC/Internet, or automotive consulting.
  • Ability to travel nationwide up to 75% of the time.
  • Public speaking and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of dealership operations and strategy; train, coach, and advise dealers.
  • Data-driven, able to measure program impact and analyze trends.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to navigate ambiguity while managing priorities.
