  • You love supporting customers and frontline operations teams
  • Balance commercial awareness with compliance in decisions
  • An analytical approach, with ability to spot trends in data
  • Interest or experience in working in a Marketplace environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in our fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders; from Specialist to C-Suite
