📋 Description

  • Manage escalations and review process for dealer behaviour using our ticketing system.
  • Support initiatives to reduce Dealer-lead cancellations.
  • Complete onboarding for new Dealers, ensuring T&Cs and Code of Conduct compliance.
  • Make policy-based sanctioning decisions using established frameworks, including bans.
  • Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

  • Love supporting customers and frontline operations teams.
  • Balance commercial awareness with compliance.
  • Analytical, able to spot data trends and drive recommendations.
  • Interest or experience in marketplace environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly.
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders from Specialist to C-Suite.
