  • Manage end-to-end deals: draft, edit, review agreements.
  • Align deal terms with business goals and priorities.
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Legal, and stakeholders.
  • Advise on deal structures and pricing to drive closure.
  • Support pricing and structuring of multi-threaded product use cases.
  • Remove blockers and coordinate across Product, Legal, Finance, Accounting.
  • Support complex negotiations with bespoke agreements.
  • Build credibility and trust with internal customers.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Tech, Finance, or Economics.
  • 6-8+ years in deal strategy, pricing, or financial/legal fields.
  • Experience in ambiguous, scaling environments with high agency.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, project mgmt.
  • Experience in Payments and/or SaaS.
