  • Generate customer contracts for Strategic Sales reps, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved commercial terms
  • Review deals in the deal-booking process, validating pricing, approvals, and docs
  • Operate in Salesforce and CPQ for opportunity management, quotes, approvals, and orders
  • Identify ways to streamline deal-booking, reducing cycle time and errors
  • Maintain high standards for deal compliance and documentation
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal on complex deal structures

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a related role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (required)
  • Experience working with CPQ tools (required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with complex contracts and pricing
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and improve processes independently
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
