- Create Quotes and Order Forms for sales deals
- Review quote approvals and approve qualified Quotes
- Process bookings; support the complete order cycle with quality and efficiency
- Support internal and external customers with order booking and tracking
- Escalate exceptions in booking requests
- Research ARR calculation discrepancies
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with Quote to Cash in Salesforce CPQ Tool required
- Experience with Ironclad preferred, or another CLM like Conga
- Experience with back-office operations as well as strong knowledge of order processing
- Strong working knowledge in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite
- Ability to learn internal business technology, applications, and solutions quickly
- Excellent communication to partner with sales, customers and stakeholders
