  • Quickly learn and master Salesforce CRM & CPQ to assist sales reps.
  • Support Sales with subscription data, quotes, and closing opportunities.
  • Assist Sales with correct SKU selection and limited-access SKUs per guidance.
  • Assist Sales with quote updates for limited-access items per guidance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Systems, Finance, Product and Deal Desk.
  • Respond to Sales inquiries in a timely manner.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years in Sales Ops, Channel Ops, Deal Desk, or Sales
  • Experience with direct SaaS sales ecosystems and quoting
  • Experience in high-volume, multi-transaction environments
  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ
  • Self-starter willing to roll up sleeves and learn
  • Strong attention to detail
