Deal Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales to structure and price complex deals.
• Review contracts, identify risks, and coordinate with Legal.
• Process orders and ensure CRM data accuracy (Salesforce).
• Liaise between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product on deals.
• Continuously improve processes for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Participate in special projects and improvements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in deal desk, order mgmt, or related tech roles.
• Knowledge of SaaS sales, contracts, and revenue recognition.
• Analytical mindset with complex deals, pricing models, and metrics.
• Collaborative, with strong cross-functional communication.
• High attention to detail in financial data and contracts.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with initiative and limited supervision.
• Advanced Excel and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Undergraduate degree in related field a plus.
