- Knowledge of Esri product models, licensing, and maintenance
- Understanding software sales process, licensing, IP, and basic contract structures
- Clarify complex business relationships through cross-stakeholder research; maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
