- 6+ years experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations or similar SaaS roles.
- Strong SaaS model knowledge: renewals, expansions, multi-year deals.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Order Form generation, and booking workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex deal structures and advise Sales and leadership.
- Excellent communication with distributed, cross-functional global teams.
- Strong business judgment; familiarity with Finance, Legal, revenue recognition.
