  • Partner with Sales leadership on deal strategy across New, Renewal, and Expansion motions.
  • Pricing guidance on multi-year structures, ramps, and terms.
  • Drive consistency in quoting Illumio Products and Services and Marketplace transactions across the region.
  • Support quotes in Salesforce CPQ (and future CPQ tools).
  • Ensure deals comply with revenue recognition, discounts, legal terms, and policies.
  • Support private offers across AWS/Azure ensuring entitlements and approvals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations or similar SaaS roles.
  • Strong SaaS model knowledge: renewals, expansions, multi-year deals.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Order Form generation, and booking workflows.
  • Ability to analyze complex deal structures and advise Sales and leadership.
  • Excellent communication with distributed, cross-functional global teams.
  • Strong business judgment; familiarity with Finance, Legal, revenue recognition.
