- Act as primary advisor for deal booking in CRM per pricing and approvals.
- Review and approve commercial contracts for accuracy and compliance; meet SLAs.
- Provide frontline support to Sales on quote configuration and deal navigation.
- Check dashboards to monitor deal flow; surface discrepancies and drive corrections.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product to address non-standard terms and invoicing.
- Advise AMER Sales on complex/high-value deals from a deal booking perspective.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years in deal desk/contract admin/sales in SaaS/tech
- Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Experience navigating CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Applicants must be based within +/- 1 hour of Pacific Time Zone
