📋 Description

  • Partner with Sales early to shape pricing, structure, and terms
  • Serve as trusted resource on complex, non-standard deals
  • Reduce end-of-quarter escalations with upfront deal planning
  • Balance deal velocity with pricing discipline and long-term health
  • Own Deal Desk workflows across CRM, CPQ, and CLM
  • Monitor KPIs and surface leadership insights

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Ops, or Revenue Ops at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience supporting mid-market and/or enterprise sales motions
  • Demonstrated ability to shape deal strategy early—not just process approvals at the end
  • Strong understanding of pricing, discounting, and deal structuring tradeoffs
  • Experience building or scaling Deal Desk processes in a growing organization
  • Systems-minded with a deep appreciation for data quality and downstream automation
