  • Serve as GTMโ€™s trusted advisor for all quote-to-cash requests
  • Act as GTMโ€™s main POC, coordinating with Legal, Finance and stakeholders
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies; escalate when needed
  • Align data across contracts, Salesforce, and billing systems
  • Assist Legal with redlines and non-standard contracts using templates
  • Maintain ongoing GTM training on best practices

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years of Deal Desk experience
  • Salesforce experience - a must
  • Strong understanding of the sales deal cycle and complex cycles
  • Strong knowledge of licensing models (term and subscription pricing)
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment with changes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
