  • Hands-on experience structuring complex multi-product, multi-year deals.
  • Experience negotiating with enterprise customers on terms and contracts.
  • Familiarity with subscription, consumption-based, and hybrid pricing models.
  • Strong commercial instincts to fix bad deal structures quickly.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication with sales, legal, finance.
