- Hands-on experience structuring complex multi-product, multi-year deals.
- Experience negotiating with enterprise customers on terms and contracts.
- Familiarity with subscription, consumption-based, and hybrid pricing models.
- Strong commercial instincts to fix bad deal structures quickly.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication with sales, legal, finance.
