Own and manage quoting in Salesforce & CPQ; ensure accuracy and compliance.
Partner with Bluvium to triage tickets and validate fixes through UAT.
Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Sales, Finance to standardize pricing.
Oversee deal desk operations; ensure opportunities, quotes, and approvals comply.
Support non-standard pricing and deal structure requests with cross-functional teams.
Identify and drive continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash process.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
Strong Salesforce and CPQ knowledge; experience with external system integrators.
Experience managing tickets, UAT, and configuration changes.
Understanding SaaS pricing, packaging, and discounts.
Familiarity with order forms, payment terms, and quote-to-cash workflows.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
