  • Support Global Sales by providing deal desk guidance within Sales Operations.
  • Foster best practices to increase sales effectiveness via structured deal reviews and checkpoints.
  • Drive CPQ requirements to enable quote-to-order; assist in closing deals.
  • Lead evaluation of contracts for completeness, accuracy, and policy adherence.
  • Ensure approvals for non-standard deals are documented and escalated appropriately.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other teams across the company.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Deal Desk or related SaaS/AI.
  • Experience managing cross-functional deal/contract management across Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal.
  • Understanding of quote-to-order process; Salesforce CPQ knowledge a plus.
  • Strong structured problem solving and practical judgment for complex situations.
  • Autonomy to work independently and prioritize requests.
  • Excellent communication skills, including with senior management.
