- Support Global Sales by providing deal desk guidance within Sales Operations.

- Drive CPQ requirements to enable quote-to-order; assist in closing deals.
- Lead evaluation of contracts for completeness, accuracy, and policy adherence.
- Ensure approvals for non-standard deals are documented and escalated appropriately.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other teams across the company.
π― Requirements
- 2-4 years in Deal Desk or related SaaS/AI.
- Experience managing cross-functional deal/contract management across Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal.
- Understanding of quote-to-order process; Salesforce CPQ knowledge a plus.
- Strong structured problem solving and practical judgment for complex situations.
- Autonomy to work independently and prioritize requests.
- Excellent communication skills, including with senior management.
