Deal Desk Analyst

📋 Description

• Support customers and internal teams across end-to-end commercial lifecycle.
• Serve as primary contact during pre-sales, providing guidance and support.
• Review customer and deal docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Execute and support deals across the Quote-to-Cash process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Ops.
• Identify issues and propose process improvements or automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English.
• 0–2 years of experience within Go-To-Market and/or Customer Operations, Onboarding, or Support.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, confident communicator with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a global remote setting.
