- Ability to read and understand contractual terms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and quoting tools.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics, including ARR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative, solution-oriented.
