  • Support creation, review, and processing of quotes and orders in CRM and CPQ.
  • Review inbound deal requests for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
  • Manage discount approvals within thresholds; escalate non-standard requests.
  • Structure deal terms: contract length, payment schedules, pilots, add-ons.
  • Coordinate with Legal to support contract redlines and timely execution.
  • Maintain Deal Desk queues and SLA adherence during month/quarter close.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Finance at a high-growth startup.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ systems.
  • Experience structuring non-standard deals (multi-year, ramp, pilots, add-ons).
  • Strong attention to detail reviewing contracts and terms.
  • Experience supporting quarter-end close cycles in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Eligible work authorization in the United States or Canada.
